SISD Transitions Center School Programs The Saginaw ISD Transitions Center provides unique special education programs for students 16 - 26 y The SISD Transitions Center opened in 2001.

It houses three school programs: Post Secondary Transitional Program (PSTP), Secondary Transition Educational Program (STEP), and Work Based Learning (WBL). We provide special educational services to Saginaw County students ages 16-26 years of age. Our goal is to provide students with instruction and training opportunities to develop skills in the areas of vocation, Adult Daily Living, Social, Mobility and Leisure/Recreation. We partner with numerous community agencies and local businesses to provide a variety of community-based instruction opportunities.
