The Saginaw ISD Transitions Center provides unique special education programs for students 16 - 26 y The SISD Transitions Center opened in 2001.
It houses three school programs: Post Secondary Transitional Program (PSTP), Secondary Transition Educational Program (STEP), and Work Based Learning (WBL). We provide special educational services to Saginaw County students ages 16-26 years of age.
