Thanks to memorial gifts given in loving memory of Roger Borchard, including a special gift from Roger's childhood friend, we are pleased to present to all "The Roger Borchard Memorial Official's Room." As many of you know, Roger served as a volunteer for over 40 years in some capacity at MLS, including being the official greeter and host for the people who officiated basketball games at MLS. We thought it fitting to remodel the official's room in Roger's memory.

As you can see in the before and after pictures, MLS now has a beautiful room for the officials to dress for the games, shower after games, and prepare to serve our athletes as game officials. The walls were painted, new flooring installed, a new refrigerator added, as well as the addition of new lockers and chairs Nancy, Roger's wife, was able to tour the room today, and is very grateful to the volunteers who gave of their time and talents to make this room possible.

Once a week, MLS welcomes a guest preacher to lead our morning chapel. Today, we welcomed Pastor Josh Krieger who serves at St. Paul's, Livonia. Pastor Krieger is pictured with students who are members of St. Paul's.

Join us Friday, October 16, at halftime of the Cardinals’ home game vs. Laingsburg High School as we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the 1986 State Champion Cardinal Football Team! 🏈🏆

We invite all players, coaches, managers, cheerleaders, parents, and fans from that unforgettable team to return to campus and help us celebrate 40 years of memories, championships, and Cardinal pride!
