Workout Wednesday! Today we will be conducting a small upper body circuit. Completing 10 reps of each exercise, for 4-5 sets. While including a rest period between each set.

Happy Mobility Monday! This week we will be focusing on how to increase stability, and strength of our shoulders and rotator cuff. These exercises may help in preventing stiffness and subsequent injuries.

1st. 1 minute KB calf smash
2nd. 1 minute banded ankle distraction
3rd. 20 thoracic extensions
4th. 1 minute PVC front rack stretch

Hereās some great foot stretches for runners!!! Itās important to keep your small intrinsic foot muscles mobile and strong in order to keep putting in the miles.
MOBILITY MONDAY
Here is a great way to get up and get some blood flowing as we begin our winter semester! Today we will be doing a knee to chest stretch followed by the worlds greatest stretch. Any movement is good movement! Get up and get moving this Monday!
-knee to chest
-lunge (bend back knee to modify)
-low twisted lunge
-bent over forward fold
