Our criteria to make an appointment is you need to be at least 28 weeks-until 6 months of age. The Baby Pantry was birthed in 1999 by Carolyn Maksimowicz when she realized how many moms in need were without the basics at the time of their baby's birth. The purpose is three-fold:
To meet the practical needs of the mom and offer her a wide selection of new and like new baby items free of charge. To

The Baby Pantry needs tiny boy clothing! ❤️👶🏼

The Old Town Soup Kitchen is in need items to give to the community.

New or Like New items:
Blankets (Full/Queen/King/Twin)
Bath/Hand towels
Baby boy Outfits, Sleepers & Onesies,  (newborn, 0/3 months)

Any of these items can be dropped off at our office

Have you ever seen these whiteish bumps on your baby's precious lips after a feed? These are lip blisters and they are one of the many signs that can indicate tethered oral tissues. When a baby needs to remain latched but has a tongue restriction, the lips have to act as the primary seal to get the milk they need. The lips are basically holding on for dear life and that's why the blisters form. It can be a sign of the tongue not functioning well. In conjunction with other signs, it can help give clues that something is off. Other signs can include painful nursing or damaged ni***es, misshaped lipstick ni***es after a feed, frustration at the breast, clicking sounds, sensitive gag reflex, poor weight gain, gassiness,spit-up or reflux type symptoms, recessed chin, high palate, recurring clogged ducts. If any of these symptoms sound familiar, please find a provider who is trained in tongue ties.
