Congratulations for Jay Mohan, class of 2005. Dr. Mohan recently won "Teaching Faculty of the Year" for the Michigan State McLaren Macomb-Oakland Cardiology Disease Fellowship. We are proud to celebrate his accomplishments and the positive impact he continues to make on future physicians and patients alike.

Congratulations to Preston Murphy, NCC Class of 1995, on being named an 2026 inductee into the Saginaw County Sports Hall of Fame! A standout Panther student-athlete, Preston averaged an incredible 27.1 points per game over his three-year career at Nouvel before playing collegiately at Rhode Island. Today, he's making an impact on the sidelines as an assistant basketball coach at Alabama. Once a Panther, always a Panther. Thanks for being a great representative of Nouvel, Preston!

National Honor Society hosted a blood drive today and it was so nice to see a couple members of the Class of 2024 back on campus! Thank you to everyone who donated blood today!

Thank you to Fr. Matt Gembrowski, class of 2015, for hosting our senior class for a retreat at Central Michigan University and St. Mary's Parish. Callie Godwin, class of 2025, also joined our Panthers. It's an exciting time for the class of 2026 as they prepare to graduate. The retreat each year is focused on ways to continue living out their faith in college. Thank you to each our Nouvel Alumni!

The Nouvel Gala is on Saturday, October 3rd and is a great event to host class reunions. Our Class of 2006 is hosting one this year and we would love to see others. We would love to see some of our theater alumni back on campus for Shrek the Musical Jr. Not only will you catch a great show, but can see the recently updated PAC thanks to the Nouvel Gala fund-a-need! The balcony seating was upgraded, a new lighting and sound booth was added, and some other updates. Information and tickets are available online at www.NouvelCatholic.org/Theater.

It's 20 years for our Class of 2006! To celebrate they are planning 2 events for anyone that can make them. For more information, you can email Molly McDonald at [email protected].
