The Construction Talent Attraction Program through the Midland Area Community Foundation is now accepting applications! Selected applicants may receive student loan repayment assistance while launching their careers with Midland County construction employers.

The FHLBank Indianapolis 2026 Elevate Small Business Grant is accepting applications, and housing industry trades are a designated priority.

💰 Grant funding: Up to $20,000
🏗️ Eligible uses include:
• Equipment & tools
• Property improvements
• Employee training
• Technology
• Materials & supplies

✅ Eligible businesses must:
• Be a for-profit business in Michigan or Indiana
• Have 2025 annual revenue between $20,000 and $1 million
• Apply through a participating bank or credit union that is an FHLBank Indianapolis member

📞 Action Step: Contact your bank or credit union today and ask:
“Are you an FHLBank Indianapolis member, and can you sponsor my Elevate Small Business Grant application?”

📅 Important Deadlines:
• Bank/credit union sponsorship deadline: September 4
