2023 SPRING ROWING PROGRAM
WHAT:
Spring rowing program is a competitive rowing program for beginners and experienced rowers designed to improve your technical proficiency and aerobic base.
WHEN:
MAY 2ND - JUNE 17
Tuesdays, 4 - 5:30 Students only
Tuesdays, 5:30 - 7 Adults
Thursdays, 5:30 - 7 Students
Saturdays, 7:30 - 9am Students and Adults
WHERE:
Cove Park Redwoods Rd.
Sag Harbor
WHO:
6th - 12th grade students & adults
Beginner and experienced
HOW:
All instruction will be done in single sculls , doubles or quads
Program fees:
Students: $429.00
Adults: $499.00
Seasonal membership is included in above fees
Free tee shirt if you sign up prior to April 15th

Rowing get together for families and friends
Let's get together this Friday, 6:30 at the Club House restaurant across from the East Hampton Airport to celebrate the end of a pretty fantastic rowing season.
We had great time at the Snowflake last weekend and came home with many medals. Our Summer program with our guest College coaches was a huge success and is starting to establish an excellent reputation in the College rowing program circuit.
Let's take this opportunity to meet our fellow rowers and their families.
