I have been exploring health and wellness for more than 30 years as a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Health & Wellness Consultant and an Entrepreneur in the mind-body space. Speaking, teaching and publishing books in the wellness area - I have enjoyed my time sharing ways with which we can adventure into self mastery on TV, radio and in a few columns I write for local media. My time, energy and resourc

es have been invested in my own development and self mastery - and I'm proud to be a Senior Certified Demartini Method® Facilitator. My greatest joy emerges inside facilitating Entrepreneurs in the area of self-mastery. This mission has led to the design, application and current use of my R.I.C.H. Life Mastery System that I have delivered to more than 500 Entrepreneurs to date, in 1-to-1 and 1-to-Many forums.

I am based in North Texas, and I travel the world learning and teaching the principles that make possible, for you and I, to find and live our Inspired Mission.

This was our most epic waterfall adventure yet! 💦🌿

Amy wanted an adventure, and an adventure is exactly what we got!

Our goal was to hike to all five waterfalls in Mismaloya, and I’m proud to say we made it all the way to the stunning fifth waterfall. 🙌

It was certainly one of the most challenging hikes we’ve done, but also one of the most rewarding. The day was filled with breathtaking views, great conversation, steep vertical climbs, rope-assisted sections, and to make it even more memorable, it rained for most of the journey!

By the end, we were completely exhausted, but also feeling accomplished, energized, and grateful for the experience. These are the kinds of adventures that remind us what we’re capable of when we embrace the challenge.

Another amazing experience today with a fabulous group of individuals!

We started the day with an intentional hike along the river to a stunning waterfall where we enjoyed meditation, breathwork, journaling, and a Reiki energy balancing session.

Then it was time for a refreshing waterfall immersion!

Afterward, we hiked back for a powerful Temazcal ceremony, followed by a cleansing river experience.

It was an incredible day of healing, connection, self exploration, personal growth, and adventure.

Extraordinary day!!

We had the pleasure of taking Andrew and Allie on an incredible waterfall experience in Quimixto. The day was filled with meaningful conversations, self reflection, hiking, energy healing, breath work, meditation, journaling, and a powerful waterfall immersion cleansing.

The last three days have been incredible

The first day we stumbled upon Puente de Dios and wow what a magical place. The beauty of the water was unreal. We swam through an amazing limestone cave that opened up into a gorgeous waterfall where you could swim jump and fully take it all in. We even enjoyed some fun rope swing dives into the crystal clear water

The second day was a hike and boat paddling adventure along an unbelievable turquoise river leading to Tamul waterfall and a cenote. Absolutely stunning from start to finish

Then the following day took waterfall adventures to a whole new level at Micos Falls. We hiked to the top and experienced some amazing cliff jumping into turquoise water surrounded by breathtaking waterfalls

Honestly it all felt like something out of a fairytale or a Jurassic movie

After an amazing breakfast, we ventured off to spend the day at
La Gruta,

La Gruta Spa is a serene thermal hot spring oasis near San Miguel de Allende where you can soak in mineral-rich pools, relax in a steam-filled grotto, and unwind surrounded by lush natural beauty.

Definitely one of the coolest experiences so far on this epic road trip!
