Shoulder (Deltoids) mixer π¨πΎβπ³
All three (3) movements are done without rest. Once you complete all three you get 90 seconds to 2 minutes recovery period. We are doing this for 4 sets...
Seated Alternating Shoulder Press - We are going heavy on this movement for 4 Reps each arm. Starting from the extended overhead position with both arms.
Landmine Alternating Overhead Press - We are using Moderately heavy weight for 8 Reps on each side. Controlled movement yet we want to be explosive! Keep your hips back, core tight, and DON'T use your legs for assistance.
Wall Ball Crazy Man Slams - 60 Seconds, no stopping no matter how much it burns! Quick and powerful slams, keep those arms and ball high!
Again, no rest between movements. Recovery time starts when you complete all three movements together. πͺπΎβπΎ
