CPM is proud to be part of the campus modernization project at Elkhorn Village Elementary School for the Washington Unified School District, and today we celebrated a major milestone with the Topping Off event!

This project includes seven new TimberQuest buildings and 25,500 square feet of new space for K–8 classrooms, admin, special education, and a new library, along with upgrades to existing buildings and expanded kitchen and administrative areas. Every aspect is thoughtfully designed to enhance campus flow, enrich learning spaces, and accommodate future growth.

Huge thanks to the District, TimberQuest, XL Construction, and Studio W Architects, this has been a fantastic team effort.
