Today at the OMNI Community Management Board Seminar, I received one of the greatest compliments ever from someone who I only met today. He said our reserve study, which he requested as he considered making an offer on a condo, (at an HOA not managed by OMNI) and it caused him to not make the offer. He read in the study about deferred maintenance, low reserve funds, and potential special assessments. He bought in a different condo association as a result. One managed by Omni.

Always read the reserve study and all relevant materials before buying in an HOA.

Congrats to all the board members who graduated from the CAI BayCen Chapter, Board Education Series, Wednesday. Laura Goss, my co-speaker and I were impressed with this class and everyone in it. Great job!
