STRIPE stands for Sacramento Transportation Regional Infrastructure Partners in Education. STRIPE is a Pre-Apprenticeship program that prepares students in one semester to launch a career in over 12 apprenticeships in construction and energy/utility industries. Students earn multiple certificates and 16 college units while learning about construction career pathways. The courses include daily fitn
ess, safety practices, proper use of tools, construction math, green technology, and hands-on building projects. This is a great career pathway for students who like to work with their hands, build things, and enjoy both mentally and physically demanding jobs.
