Please check out the Whale Festival Craft Fair this Saturday and Sunday at Town Hall on Main St. from 10-5 where our own student Jaden Miller will be selling her baked goods. Jaden will generously donate all of the profits to the Fort Bragg Food Bank!

Attending today’s California Civic Learning Summit with Noyo junior, Vanessa. Vanessa was selected as 1 of 40 students statewide to come to Sacramento to undertake civic leadership work. Yesterday the students spent the day developing ideas on how to increase civic engagement. After today’s summit, she will be heading over to the Capitol to meet with state legislators!

Noyo senior, Rey, spent his Saturday at school building this awesome greenhouse. Rey’s been interning at Xa Kako Dile: this year, and for his Capstone project he’s bring gardening to Noyo. And to support him, other students are building planter boxes in their Design Lab!
An honorable mention goes out to his brother James (also a Noyo senior) and their mom and dad for giving up their Saturday to help out too.
