Community meetings about transition to by-trustee area elections at three locations spread throughout the district as well as an online option to allow for remote participation by members of the community.
Each meeting will provide a brief overview of the purpose and process of the transition, as well as the opportunity to review proposed maps and provide feedback.

The Sacramento County Health Officer issued a new order Aug. 20 reinforcing that all schools are to remain closed and outlining what types of activities health officials will allow to occur in person. Waivers for TK-6 classes are not being offered in Sacramento County as this time given current epidemiological data.
