SJUSD board votes to adopt 7-trustee map, with new Citrus Heights seat - Citrus Heights Sentinel Sentinel staff report-- The San Juan Unified School District board of trustees voted Tuesday night to select a preferred seven-trustee-area electoral map, which includes one dedicated seat covering the area of Citrus Heights.

Each meeting will provide a brief overview of the purpose and process of the transition, as well as the opportunity to review proposed maps and provide feedback.

The Sacramento County Health Officer issued a new order Aug. 20 reinforcing that all schools are to remain closed and outlining what types of activities health officials will allow to occur in person. Waivers for TK-6 classes are not being offered in Sacramento County as this time given current epidemiological data.
