Quail Egg Hatching

Today, our Advanced Animal Science students started the process to hatch quail eggs! Students will be checking the temperature on the incubator and rotating the eggs once a day. Hopefully we will have baby quails in about 18 days. Special thank you to Sophia Sosa for donating the eggs! Stay tuned for more updates on the quail eggs!

Welcome to the 2026-2027 School Year!

Hey Fullerton FFA, we are so excited to begin this new year! We were so happy to see all the new and returning faces to our program! Our officer team met today to discuss our first chapter event of the year. They are so excited for what is in store for our chapter this year! Stay tuned for more information! Day 8 of Officer Introductions!

Introducing your 2026-2027 President: Jordan Roy! 🌅

Hey Fullerton FFA! My name is Jordan Roy and I will be serving as your 2026-2027 Chapter President. I am a senior this year and this is my fourth year in FFA. Over the course of the past three years in FFA I have learned and grown so much as a person and a leader! I have attended numerous conferences such as, SoCal Leadership Conference, Made for Excellence, and California State Leadership Conference. I also have participated in competitions such as Opening and Closing Ceremonies and Co-ops. My SAE projects consist of raising Market Beef, Market Pigs, and Laying Hens. I have raised a total of 8 Market Pigs and 2 Market Steers. I am a co-creator of “Golden Egg Co.” with Sophia Sosa. I also work at our farm as our Farmhand. In my free time you can definitely find me at the farm, in my kitchen cooking, spending time with my family and dog, going to the desert/camping, or watching movies/tv shows. I’m so excited for the memories and experiences that will be made this year. I can’t wait to see the new and returning faces! Let’s have an amazing year! 💞

Day 7 of Officer Introductions!

Introducing your 2026-2027 Chapter 1st Vice-President: Sophia Sosa! 🌾

Hey Fullerton FFA!
My name is Sophia, better known as “Sosa,” and I am honored to serve as your 2026–2027 Fullerton FFA Chapter Vice President! I am an incoming senior and have been involved in FFA for the past three years. During that time, I’ve raised three market goats, one feeder pig, and recently started raising laying hens to sell farm-fresh eggs.
FFA has become a huge part of my life and has taught me leadership, responsibility, and the importance of serving others. Outside of FFA, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, volunteering at my church’s youth ministry, going to Disneyland, traveling, going to the beach, and eating pasta.
I’m so excited for this school year and can’t wait to serve our chapter, meet new members, and make unforgettable memories together. Thank you, Fullerton FFA! ❤️

Day 6 of Officer Introductions!

Introducing your 2026-2027 Chapter 2nd Vice-President: Audrey Velarde! 🌾

Hello Fullerton FFA, My name is Audrey Velarde and I am serving as your 2026-2027 2nd Vice President! I am a Junior and this will be my 3rd year in FFA. I have had such and amazing experience throughout my years of FFA, I have learned and grown as a leader and expanded my agricultural skill set greatly. I have attended as many FFA events that I can including the Greenhand Leadership conference, OSLC, Opening and Closing Ceremonies competitions, State Leadership conference, and many more! I have had many SAE projects throughout my years including many garden projects and raising a market goat (Jelly) during Freshman year and in Sophomore year I grew many things in my garden, raised 23 laying hens and had a successful egg selling business, and I planned, promoted, and ran a beginner horse summer camp that ran for multiple successful weeks! My ongoing project is my equestrian project where I ride and compete on horseback while also teaching beginners to ride horses! In my free time you can find me working on my next sewing or crafting project, hiking with my dog, playing guitar, or gardening for hours. I am so honored to be apart of this community and can’t wait to see what this year brings!
