On May 15th, 15 DA students attended a CEREC Boot Camp hosted by Pacific Dental Services at their Training Facility in Rancho Cordova. Students had the opportunity to learn about CEREC Crowns. CEREC (Chair-side Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) uses revolutionary computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology. It allows dentists to design, fabricate, and place a crown in a single visit. The entire process takes just a few hours. There’s no need for additional appointments or temporary crowns in most cases. Thank you Pacific Dental Services for this learning opportunity!
