Located off the beautiful American River Parkway Sierra Oaks School is a very special place for children.
A dedicated staff of highly qualified teachers in partnership with an active parent community set the tone for this outstanding educational environment. Built in 1960, Sierra Oaks has had a long reputation of high academic achievement. It has earned the California Distinguished School recognition four times, first in 1987, the second time in 1998 and, most recently, in 2008 and 2014.

Join us THIS week to recognize and celebrate our incredible Sierra Oaks' teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week! We are so grateful for the time, dedication and care that our teachers pour into our students every day. The PTA is thrilled to bring coffee, snacks and a hosted lunch for our teachers throughout the week, and we hope our students will join in on the fun! Some great ways for your child(ren) to get involved and show their appreciation can be by bringing a card, flower or something else of their choosing.
