Congratulations to our Boys Volleyball team on an incredible season and winning the PAL Championship!

Through hard work, teamwork, perseverance, and heart, these student-athletes represented St. Ignatius with pride every time they stepped onto the court. This championship is a reflection of the dedication of the entire team and coaching staff throughout the season.

We also celebrate and thank our 8th grade athletes for their leadership, commitment, and example to the younger students in our community. You have helped build a strong foundation for the program while creating memories and friendships that will last far beyond middle school.

Thank you for an unforgettable season and for representing the SI Tigers so well. We are proud of you and excited to see all that lies ahead.

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us of the true meaning of courage, selflessness, and love of others.

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we hold in prayer all who have served and especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.

May we continue striving to be people of gratitude, service, and peace.

Today we celebrate the St. Ignatius School Class of 2026 — our “Bridge Builders.”

In his homily, Father Tom reminded our graduates to live the Ignatian virtues of being loving, religious, open to growth, intellectually competent, and committed to doing justice with open ears, open eyes, open minds, open hands, and open hearts.

As poet Mary Oliver wrote:
“Instructions for living a life:
Pay attention.
Be astonished.
Tell about it.”

May our graduates go forth paying attention to the needs of the world around them, remaining astonished by God’s goodness, and telling the story of hope, justice, compassion, and faith through the lives they lead.

Go forth and set the world on fire! Congratulations, graduates!

A wonderful evening on the SI field celebrating our Mother/Someone Special and Son Night on the Green.

Participants spent the evening outdoors enjoying an inflatable obstacle course, games, prizes, snacks, and music under the open sky. Laughter echoed across the field as families connected, played, and made memories together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special tradition at St. Ignatius School. What a joy to see our community come together in such a fun and meaningful way.

One of the most beloved St. Ignatius traditions returned as our 8th grade class hosted the annual SI Carnival for the entire school community. As their time at SI comes to a close, our students stepped into leadership by creating a day filled with joy, laughter, and togetherness for students of all ages.

From fun games and face painting to delicious food, tasty treats, and countless smiles, the carnival was a celebration of the spirit and community that make St. Ignatius so special. We are proud of the creativity, teamwork, and servant leadership shown by our 8th graders as they helped create lasting memories for the whole school.

The Cannonball Classic returned in full force as our community came together for a day of fellowship, fun, and generosity in support of our school. This beloved Parent Club tradition reminds us that the strength of our school is found not only in our classrooms, but in the families and friendships that make up our community.

From friendly competition to meaningful connection, the day reflected the spirit of service, gratitude, and unity that defines St. Ignatius. We are deeply thankful to everyone who participated, volunteered, sponsored, and supported this event. Your generosity directly impacts our students and helps continue the mission of forming young men and women for and with others.

The Arrupe Service Expo is more than a presentation of projects — it is the culmination of a year dedicated to serving others, building relationships, and living out our faith through action.

This year, 38 students in the 8th grade class partnered with 34 organizations across our community, raising more than $20,000 in support of their missions. Through countless hours of service, collaboration, and advocacy, our students demonstrated what it means to be men and women for and with others.

We are incredibly proud of the young people they are becoming and the impact they continue to make beyond our campus walls. Their leadership, compassion, and commitment to justice reflect the very best of the Ignatian spirit.

Thank you to our community partners, mentors, families, and supporters who helped make this year’s Arrupe Service Project such a meaningful success.
