Last month, ILG joined the Public Policy Institute of California for an inspiring conversation on The Future of Civic Engagement. The discussion highlighted a critical challenge: many young Californians feel disconnected from democracy—and explored how we can change that.

This work is at the heart of what we do at ILG. The City of Riverside, CA - City Government's commitment to sustainability is paying off, attracting major national investment and recognition.

Mayor Patricia Lock Dawson said it best: "These investments are not happening by accident. Riverside has made a deliberate commitment to sustainability, innovation, and building a green technology ecosystem."

At ILG, our Local Climate Action Library (LoCAL) provides a framework for local governments to identify promising sustainability policies that generate multiple co-benefits.
