As we close the 2024-25 year we want to thank everyone that has supported the school, staff, students and the community. Thank you to the volunteers, the support was felt.

A big THANK YOU to all our school partners that have supported students. You have supported in ways you cannot imagine. Without volunteers, staff support and organizations like Assistance League of Sacramento and Costco things like our summer “store”, books for students and shirts for clubs wouldn’t be as accessible.

If you have a 4th through 6th grade student at San Juan, this summer camp is a week long. You can register for both sessions if you want.
Our Dyer-Kelly kids will receive transportation. (8:00am pickup, 3:20pm drop-off)

San Juan Unified’s open enrollment period is officially open now through Jan. 19! 📢

During this time, you can submit an application to have your student attend a school other than their neighborhood school as long as there is space available and you are willing to provide transportation for your student. Families can now log in to Parent Portal to view your child’s assigned school for the next school year to help you decide whether to participate in open enrollment.

As San Juan Unified expands its efforts to connect with families in a way that is more inclusive and accessible, you may see key district announcements, such as this one, written in Spanish and Persian (Farsi-Dari), the most spoken languages by students and families other than English in our district.

On Sunday, May 7, the Fair Oaks Chicken Run will be taking runners down the scenic streets and pathways of Old Fair Oaks for the 42nd time! Racers can feel good knowing that their hard work will benefit the community, as a portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting the San Juan Education Foundation.

Whether you want to participate in their competitive five-mile race, run or walk in their non-competitive two-mile course or enroll your child in the Chicken Chase Kids Race, this event has something for everyone.

Spring registration for the mightiest of our players is opening soon!

Our U6-U8 academy is small sided trainings meant to build and develop individual skill and a strong foundation in soccer before team play.

1v1 and 3v3 play time means your athlete spends more time touching the ball, and less time chasing after it.

For our Spring Academy, it will be starting the last week of March and run through the last whole week of May. We will run the sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays at Del Paso Manor Elementary School.
