Your heartbeat syncs up with the music you're listening to. In fact, research shows that the tempo and intensity of music can influence your heart rate and even your breathing patterns.

For example, when you listen to fast-paced, upbeat music, your heart rate tends to increase, mimicking the rhythm and energy of the song.

Conversely, slow, calming music can lower your heart rate, promoting relaxation.
