The second week of the TCDA-IBF Summer Intensive in Lyon, France is in full swing! Wonderful friends, professional colleagues and exceptional artists have been sharing their experiences and expertise with the wonderful dancers who have joined us from so many different places.

Today is SHOWTIME! Last preparations last night and this morning! (Here, with our guest artist Mrs. Felicia Serbanescu.) We’re all excited to present what we've been working on over the past few weeks. Class demonstration including pointe technique for girls and jumps and turns for boys, classical variations, pas de deux, contemporary class demo and choreography.

Today was the last day of the TCDA-IBF Summer Intensive 2021. It has been a real pleasure working with everyone. Congrats to all students and best wishes to Abigail who will be continuing her studies in Switzerland at the school of Theater Basel! Thank you to all the faculty: Tina DeVine - Independent Ballet Teacher, Samuel Fulk - Sacramento Ballet, Jacob Montoya - Founding Director of Sacramento Contemporary Dance Theatre, and Pepper Von - Co-Director of Step 1 Dance Sacramento.
