Excited to highlight another amazing alum, Marisol Ibarra-Bouslama from the 2019 cohort, who has recently received a well-deserved promotion!
She is transitioning from her role as a Legislative Director to now serving as a Government Affairs Advocate at California Advocates.

Something new the Alumni Chapter is implementing: Alumni celebrations, highlights, promotions, and milestones! ✨

To kick things off, we’re excited to highlight Creston Whiting-Casey, an alum of the Sacramento Semester Program (Cohort 2011), who is celebrating 15 years working in the Chief Clerk’s Office at the California State Assembly!

We are so proud to recognize all the ways he has continued to stay involved and support the program. We’re proud of you, Creston! 👏

Earth Day is coming up and we’re so excited to celebrate with an SSPAC picnic 🌿🍕

SSPAC will be providing pizza for our current interns, program alumni, supporters, and office hosts come hang out, enjoy the day, and celebrate with us! We can’t wait to see everyone there 💚
