Our Mini Makers™ Preschool operates out of The Makers Place™ located at 2214 21st Street in Sacramento and is licensed by the Department of Social Services and the State of California (Facility Number: 343623934). Our preschool program runs five days a week (Monday through Friday) from 7:00am-6:00pm for up to 30 students at a time to keep our student-to-staff ratios low to increase engagement and
safety. Our operation is non-discriminatory, welcoming all children regardless of race, creed, or national origin. Our multi-age group provides unique learning opportunities with an integrative, developmental curriculum for children ages two (24 months at the time of enrollment) through five years (pre-Kindergarten). We offer multiple enrollment options for families for either half-day or full-day enrollment for 2 days a week (Tu/Th), 3 days a week (M/W/F), or 5 days a week (M-F).
- Full-Day Program (9.5 hours): 7:45am drop off, 5:15pm pick up (early drop off and late pick up options available)
- Half-Day Program (3.25 hours, AM or PM option): 7:45-11:00am OR 2:00-5:15pm (early drop off and late pick up options available)
- Extended Program (3 hours, included in Full-Day Program; can add on the AM or PM Half-Day Program as space allows): 11:00-2:00pm
ENROLLMENT: We open our admissions for new students annually in the spring and enroll students for the entire Academic Year. As space is available, incoming students may begin mid-year. We maintain an active wait list that is based on the date of application, age of the child, and preferred days enrolled in Preschool, and we contacted families as space becomes available. Interested families can apply for free online and confirm their placement on our active wait list by paying a $25 Admissions Processing Fee.
