At the state capitol for education at the annual March in March!
🎯We march because education is the foundation of California’s future.
🎯We march for students who deserve affordable, accessible, high-quality education.
🎯We march for faculty and staff who make education possible, often without job security or fair pay.
🎯We march to remind policymakers that every investment in our classrooms is an investment in California’s communities.

The countdown begins! Next week on March 12, faculty, students, and staff from California’s community colleges will once again gather in Sacramento for the annual March in March at the State Capitol. The March in March is a statewide march and rally for our community colleges, where collectively we call for full funding, fair faculty working conditions, and equitable access for every student. Be part of the statewide movement. Talk to your local union president about sending a contingent to the march.

The Fight for Affordability campaign is rooted in a simple, powerful truth: workers deserve to thrive. Workers deserve to be able to care for their families without being bled dry by price gouging, junk fees, surprise or unfair medical bills and predatory corporate practices. Workers deserve access to quality healthcare without surprise bills and workers deserve to retire with dignity.🎯🎯
