We spent Friday the 13th in negotiations with the district. Took the opportunity to get a quick pic of the team, and remained hydrated throughout the day...getting stuff DONE! Happy spring break, all🥰

Our chief negotiator, Belinda Lum, was named an AFL-CIO Immigration Policy Fellow, so spent the week in DC at their national convening🥳

The countdown begins! Next week on March 12, faculty, students, and staff from California’s community colleges will once again gather in Sacramento for the annual March in March at the State Capitol. The March in March is a statewide march and rally for our community colleges, where collectively we call for full funding, fair faculty working conditions, and equitable access for every student. Be part of the statewide movement. Talk to your local union president about sending a contingent to the march.
