Hello laughter friends! Just wanted to say Happy Holidays to all and let you know, that even though I wasn’t able to have any fall pop-up sessions this year, I’m continuing to work on funding my Laughter Yoga scholarship trainings, which will now be in 2026. So if you’d like to help with the fundraising, please check out the 3 inch fully embroidered patch and weatherproof stickers that would make a great gift for any of your laughter pals, and so easy to mail! A badge magnet is included because the iron on-patch looks great as a tree decoration or attached to you or a Christmas stocking or gift. I designed these as my $15 merch when I taught Laughter Yoga at sea in 2024 for the first two inaugural Hallmark Cruises, so I thought I would reduce them to $10 this month to put a little “ho, ho, ha, ha, ha” in your holiday mail or laughter sessions! That includes free shipping and if you’d like me to mail them to someone on your laughter list, I will gladly enclose a little gift card. Just PM me here with your order and instructions and I’ll get back to you with my PayPal or Venmo. They funded a lot of scholarships last year so I’m bringing them out again this season as the fundraising continues.

I also have the same size and design in flat magnets for $5 and free shipping.

So far I have 10 scholarships funded for training in the Sacramento area. The “pay-it-forward” is six months of community service leading laughter clubs as a certified laughter leader. My focus for this training and scholarship program is to make Laughter Yoga more available to q***r and racially diverse communities and the folks who serve them. My goal is to have 20 funded scholarships for next year and you can message or email me ([email protected])
if you are interested in this Fall in-person training.

Just to catch up with you all, I’m back at my wonderful job working for the best chiropractor in the Sacramento area AND we will be starting a Laughter Yoga group here at our office in Spring 2026. I’ll be posting more info about that and the scholarships on this page and on my website (LaughingMyAngstOff.com).

Even though work and dealing with a couple of surgeries and medical issues have taken up most of my time, I’m still thinking “big” about the upcoming training and creating some new energy and commitment to spread laughter here in my community. And if you’re willing to travel here for the training and have a strong desire to spread it to your community, you will be eligible to apply once it’s all funded.

So please PM me here or email with any orders or questions. And above all have a joyous holiday season, especially since you all know that every “ho ho ho” and “ha ha ha” creates the breath work that can give us the happy hormones and cycles of serotonin that we need so much for joy, peace and harmony in our world. 😍🙏🏼😍
