A proud first-generation Guatemalan-American educator, Eric brings 24 years of experience serving students, families, and school communities. As Principal of Arovista Elementary School, he is committed to creating spaces where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered to succeed.

Throughout his career, Eric has championed belonging, student agency, and leadership rooted in service. As the OC Chapter President, he is dedicated to strengthening a network of Latino educational leaders who uplift one another, elevate diverse voices, and create pathways for future generations.
