Wow! It's been awhile since I've posted! I've had the good fortune to be teaching Dragonfly Soft Yoga in the community center at Lake Wildwood in Penn Valley. It's been fun meeting new yoga students and seeing old friends from Dragonfly who showed up regularly! My deepest gratitude for ALL of you and kind staff at the community center: Denise and Tom.
