Hello CKM 72 Classmates:

You're receiving this as we make final arrangements for what we expect to be a fun evening reconnecting with our high school classmates. Even if you don't plan to attend, you can participate.

Thank you to those of you who have donated to the reunion raffle event. We have some great donations which will generate funds that help defray costs. If anyone is still interested in donating, please contact Dorothy McVay Anderson at [email protected].

We are looking at possibly putting together a slideshow of pictures from high school that were not in the yearbook. If you have any you are interested in sharing (events, friends, candids,etc.), please send them to Laurie Nichols Hensley at [email protected]. If you have any questions, please send her an email. Putting this together will depend on the response, so please send them no later than August 12th.

Currently, all rooms that were being held at the Westin for our reunion have been reserved. There is a possibility that a limited number of additional rooms may become available shortly before the August 20th reunion date. If you would like to be placed on a wait list for a Westin room, please send your request to [email protected] and we'll acknowledge receipt and include you on the list.

This is a reminder that reservations/payment for the reunion will not be taken at the door. Therefore, any outstanding reservations must be received/paid immediately to be included in the dinner count for Scott's. All checks sent for payment must be deposited and cleared by August 13th for your reservation to be considered paid. Please make sure with your financial institution that payment was received/cleared.

As previously announced, the bar for the reunion is not hosted. Please be prepared to make payment in the form of a bank card or cash for any beverages you wish to purchase. In the event the card payment system fails, there is an ATM in the hotel lobby.

The original invitation indicated this will be the Final Committee Organized Reunion. The core group has been planning and putting on the reunions every 5 years for the past 50 years and are ready to retire. It has been alot of fun, but also alot of work, which we would be happy to pass on to others if anyone is interested.

Please come and join your classmates at this fun 50th year event.

Yes, it's hard to believe it's been 50 years and we are looking forward to a roaring reunion!

Please mark your calendar for this dinner event on Saturday evening, August 20, 2022, in Sacramento. We're keeping the Class of '72 Reunion ticket at the perfect price of $72 per person! Your dedicated Reunion Committee is scouting out the perfect location and we need your help to make this the very best reunion ever! Remember, you can help even if you are outside of the Sacramento area.

CKM Friends. Just wanted to share with our closed group that Larry Lagomarsino has passed away. Larry was a very kind man and he was very supportive of our reunion efforts, hosting our meetings and enjoyed being our BBQ extraordinaire at our wrap up meetings. He will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with Randye and her family and her in-laws, Jan and Deborah Decker 💕

Ready for the 40th! Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow and Saturday. We almost hit the 100 mark - 99 to be exact. It will be a fun and memorable weekend. Bring extra money for the raffle, your classmates donated some awesome items!
