Many of us are moving fast, tending to everyone else, while our own souls run on empty. Listen to Your Life is an invitation to slow down, notice God’s presence in your story, and grow within a supportive, spiritually grounded community.

Join us for our Listen to Your Life Interest Session on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 12:00 PM PST via Zoom. We’ll walk through the flow of the program, share what participants typically experience, and answer your questions.

Here’s what our faculty says about what makes this journey meaningful:

Darlene Carlson: “What moves me most is watching people realize they are not alone—their questions, griefs, and joys all belong in a community that holds their story with care.”

John Ensign: “One of the great gifts of this program is seeing people recognize God’s presence in the ordinary, the messy, and the overlooked moments of their lives.”

Joan Stockbridge: “Listen to Your Life offers sustainable ways of prayer and reflection—practices that meet you where you are and help you listen even in busy seasons.”

Listen to Your Life is also the prerequisite for Bread of Life’s Internship in the Art of Spiritual Direction, the gateway for those discerning a call to spiritual companioning.

Each one has shown remarkable depth, courage, and commitment throughout this journey.
A special thank you to our faculty and faculty mentors who faithfully guide, challenge, and support our interns year after year. What a joy to witness this ongoing legacy of formation!
