Saving one last stunner for the finale 🎄🍸

41st Street, beautifully designed by , felt like stepping into an old-fashioned ’Twas the Night Before Christmas Eve cocktail party - with a modern, magical twist.

Rich burgundies, velvets, evergreens, and warm holiday glow set the scene inside, while hidden bars, sparkling details, and a festive backyard cocktail vibe made this home all about gathering, celebrating, and lingering a little longer.

The perfect blend of nostalgia, whimsy, and cheer - and honestly, the ideal mood as we toast our way into the New Year. 🥂

39th Street, designed by the incredibly talented , was a Classic Christmas dream — rich textures, glowing lights, lush garlands, and just the right mix of tradition and effortless elegance.

Inspired by The Twelve Days of Christmas with a hint of New Orleans charm, this home blended timeless red-and-green holiday warmth with soulful, celebratory details that made you want to linger, laugh, and gather a little longer.

More holiday magic coming your way… and this time through the gorgeous lens of . 📸

We were blessed with two incredible photographers this year, and Stephanie captured this DW Design–styled home in all its nostalgic, twinkly glory. ✨

This home feels like stepping straight into “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.” 🎄

Think sparkling foyer, vintage ornaments, velvet ribbons, and a staircase dressed to perfection - every corner gives you that warm, classic Christmas feeling.

And just when you think it can’t get better - you step outside. 🤩

The patio and pool house are dressed for the season too, creating the dreamiest holiday moments. Cozy, charming, and totally magical. 🎄

A timeless 1930s colonial transformed into a holiday haven with all the cozy charm of a Nancy Meyers film.

Thoughtfully designed by , layered with antiques from , fresh holiday greenery by , and a beautifully organized pantry by , every room felt warm and nostalgic.

From mixed metals to soft textures and vintage touches, this home captured the magic of simple holiday moments — warmth, comfort, and connection.

And the finale? A dreamy, Nancy Meyers–style greenhouse that stole everyone’s hearts. ✨🌿

I know the tour wrapped up a few days ago, but we are nowhere near over it!

Let’s stay with 45th Street… where transformed the home into a festive Nantucket-meets-Hamptons Christmas.

From the garland-draped staircase with brass stars to the patriotic tree accented with vintage Americana, every room was layered with thoughtful, cozy touches.

Monogrammed stockings, a beautifully styled tablescape, festive kitchen accents, and soft custom pillows all came together to create a warm, elegant holiday retreat.

And just when you thought you’d seen it all… there’s even a holiday sailboat waiting in the backyard. ⛵️

A heartfelt thank-you to the talented design team for bringing this magical vision to life and to the generous homeowner for opening their beautiful home to the community. ❤️🎄

And just like that… the 2025 Holiday Home Tour has come to an end. ❤️

What an unbelievable weekend! From the twinkling lights to the bustling Boutique to the joyous faces walking through the Fab Forties - it truly was the most wonderful time of the year.

To our homeowners, designers, volunteers, sponsors, school families, musicians, and every single tour goer… THANK YOU. 🙏🏼
