Rich burgundies, velvets, evergreens, and warm holiday glow set the scene inside, while hidden bars, sparkling details, and a festive backyard cocktail vibe made this home all about gathering, celebrating, and lingering a little longer.

The perfect blend of nostalgia, whimsy, and cheer - and honestly, the ideal mood as we toast our way into the New Year. 🥂

Inspired by The Twelve Days of Christmas with a hint of New Orleans charm, this home blended timeless red-and-green holiday warmth with soulful, celebratory details that made you want to linger, laugh, and gather a little longer.

Holiday magic at its finest - beautiful, livable, and full of heart. ❤️

Thoughtfully designed by , layered with antiques from , fresh holiday greenery by , and a beautifully organized pantry by , every room felt warm and nostalgic.

From mixed metals to soft textures and vintage touches, this home captured the magic of simple holiday moments — warmth, comfort, and connection.

Let’s stay with 45th Street… where transformed the home into a festive Nantucket-meets-Hamptons Christmas.

From the garland-draped staircase with brass stars to the patriotic tree accented with vintage Americana, every room was layered with thoughtful, cozy touches.

Monogrammed stockings, a beautifully styled tablescape, festive kitchen accents, and soft custom pillows all came together to create a warm, elegant holiday retreat.

And just when you thought you’d seen it all… there’s even a holiday sailboat waiting in the backyard. ⛵️
