Iota Beta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi
Kappa Alpha Psi Chapter At California State University, Sacramento. The resulting line, the Genesis 18, was ushered into Kappadom on Friday, December 17, 1976.
In 1976, members of the Sacramento Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi expressed interest in initiating undergraduate members in the Sacramento area. Dr. Eugene Stevenson (ΑΔ, 1951), Richard Harris (ΓΑ, 1966), and Robert Sublett (ΓΙ, 1969) led brothers to work with a group of young men at Sacramento State and UC Davis to establish the first NPHC fraternity on the campuses.
