is excited to partner with OCA Sacramento and the Indian Association of Sacramento to host a FREE Robotics Boot Camp for Sacramento youth ages 8–14!

This hands-on program introduces youth to robotics, camaraderie, problem-solving, and cultural understanding in a fun and supportive environment while building future-ready skills and confidence. Priority will be given to youth with little to no prior robotics experience to help expand access and opportunities for new learners.

World Relief is partnering with Sacramento Employment and Training Agency (SETA) to offer one-time emergency financial assistance.

COVERED NEEDS:
-Eviction avoidance
-First month rent payments
-Gas
-Grocery gift cards
-Clothing

ELIGIBILITY
-Sacramento County Residents Only
-Refugees and all other immigrants, including asylum seekers and the undocumented
-Must Provide Proof of Need (Late notice for rent, CalFresh denial letter, etc.)

Join us for lunch to get information from our presenters; Zocalo Health, Community HealthWorks, and SMUD. There will be other organizations tabling and providing information as well!

Last week our department along with Community Schools, Parent Teacher Home Visits, Multilingual Literacy Department, and the Student Advisory Committee hosted our 2nd Parent Leadership Conference. Thank you to all the families and community who helped and joined us that evening! It was a very engaging night to hear from our students and to be able to share the space with everyone. Our next event will be in April, more information to come soon!
