WE NEED WOMEN NOT USING HORMONES TO HELP US DEVELOP NEW BIRTH CONTROL OPTIONS
Are you not s*xually active? Have you (or your partner) had your tubes tied? Do you not have s*x with men? Or do you use condoms?
This study is helping with the development of an over-the-counter birth control pill. We know that birth control pills are most effective when taken at the same time every day. We are conducting a study of an estrogen-free (progestin-only) birth control pill to learn more about the effect on cervical mucus and ovulation if you skip a pill or take a pill late. UC Davis Obstetrics and Gynecology Research is looking for healthy women 18 to 35 years old that are not at risk for pregnancy and have regular menstrual cycles. Want to learn more? Call us at 916-734-6846 or email [email protected]!
You may be compensated up to $3700 if you complete all scheduled visits.

DO YOU NEED EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION (THE MORNING-AFTER PILL)?
Did you have s*x without any birth control? Maybe you used birth control and it didn't work? That does happen - you may have used a condom and the condom broke or fell off. If this s*x happened within the past three days and you do not want to become pregnant, you should use emergency contraception.
UC Davis Obstetrics and Gynecology Research is looking for healthy women 18 to 40 who have regular menstrual cycles to participate in an emergency contraception study. The researchers are trying to develop more effective emergency contraception options for women who weigh more than 176 pounds.
Want to learn more? Call us at 916-734-6846 or email [email protected]!
You may be compensated up to $100 if you complete all scheduled study interactions.
