CULTURE MATTERS!
Our latest research, presented at , explores how educators across Northern California are fostering strong, identity- affirming learning environments for girls (specifically girls of color) in computer science classrooms. By centering CRC in teacher professional development, weโ€™re supporting educators to create inclusive spaces where students can thrive academically and socially. Our data shows that students are more likely to ask for help, feel supported regardless of background, and engage in real- world projects when teachers adopt CRC practices.
