300 students from Algonquin School District in Illinois will perform the world premiere of "Magical Forest," an original composition by Nubia Jaime-Donjuan.
The concert is at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Jacobs High School, 2601 Bunker Hill Drive in Algonquin, IL

Congratulations to Berklee College of Music Indian Ensemble whose debut album “Shuruatt” — a cross-cultural collaboration of artists from 39 countries — has been nominated for a Grammy. The Indian Ensemble explores everything from Indian folk to Sufi traditions to Indo jazz and contemporary music led by director Annette Philip.
