We just got word of a Spanish speaking opportunity with an insurance agent for Farmers Insurance, currently looking to fill their administrative assistant position. This position would be great for any student/alumni that is seeking to practice their Spanish in a small office environment.
Position details:
MUST be able to understand and communicate effectively in Spanish
The ability to multitask
Must be flexible and open to learning new tasks and systems
Resourceful and can work independently
Can answer phones in a positive, outgoing attitude
Ability to be on-time and posses reliable transportation
Familiarity with MS office suite
Type at least 40wpm
Part-time candidates - available to work 3 days a week
Hours available for full-time candidates as well.

Consular Fellows serve on the front lines of a U.S. embassy or consulate protecting the interests of U.S. citizens abroad and ensuring U.S. border security. Consular Fellows work side by side with members of the Foreign Service playing a critical role in protecting U.S. national security. Requires exceptional English grammar and proficiency in Russian.
Working together with dedicated professionals, this public service opportunity provides valuable professional experience. Fellows will develop and apply a wide range of skills, from managing resources to conducting public outreach. The Consular Fellows Program is a temporary, limited career appointment of up to 5 years offering candidates a unique opportunity to serve their country, use their foreign language skills, and develop valuable skills and experience that will serve them well in their future professions.
