PiTe The Concept is based on one core philosophy Participation In The Equation. (PiTe)

It means every interaction we have each and every day affects the world around us in some way. Positive participation typically gets positive actions in return and affect the others outcome of their "equation". Negative participation gets a negative reaction and affects the others outcome of thier "equation" in a negative way. If your not qualified to positively affect the others outcome of their "equation", you should decline to participate.
