We’re excited to share our new SSUSD Community Social Contractβ€”a shared commitment to civility, respect, and meaningful connection across our schools and community.

This video introduces what you can expect when interacting with SSUSD staff: listening with care, communicating respectfully, and working together to find solutions. These are the standards we hold ourselves toβ€”and we invite our entire community to join us.

A special thank you to the Ridgecrest Chamber of Commerce, City of Ridgecrest, and Cerro Coso Community College for co-sponsoring and endorsing this important work.

Posters will be available for purchase this summer through Pack Wrap for organizations who want to proudly display and model these shared commitments.

Watch the video and join us in this shared commitment. Let’s continue building a culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and heard. πŸ’™
