Our faculty continue to be in demand in Latin America as speakers. There are more and more Reformed meetings and conferences, like this one at the Presbyterian Seminary of the Southeast in Mexico, with growing attendance. The Lord is doing a great work. We thank our faculty members Revs. Valentín Alpuche and Pablo Landázuri.
Pray for their safe travel today, and for a successful conference.

We are pleased to announce that the Committee on Accreditation of the Association of Reformed Theological Seminaries(ARTS) has voted to fully accredit City Seminary of Sacramento, including all degree programs of CSS and Seminario Reformado de las Américas.
ARTS accredits seminaries as authorized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
“This has been both a rigorous and rewarding journey,” said CSS President Rev. Dennis Roe.
Rev. Pablo Landázuri added, “We are particularly gratified that the theological education offered through our Spanish-language program has been found worthy of accreditation.”
Over the past four years, City Seminary has supported and strengthened Seminario Reformado de las Américas as one unified institution—one mission, two language tracks.
We are deeply grateful to:
• Our Board of Visitors
• Our faculty and staff
• Our students
• Our generous supporters
Initial accreditation is followed by 2, 5, and 10-year renewal reviews, ensuring continued excellence and growth.
Soli Deo Gloria.

There are few men in public life who deserve more our respect, and our prayers, than former United States Senator Ben Sasse. Here he recounts his journey since December diagnosis with stage 4 pancreatic cancer.
We urge you to take the time, the opportunity, to hear his stirring testimony, and his only comfort in life and in death. You will be blessed.

Communication may soon end altogether, based on today’s news.
Your prayers are coveted for our dear brethren in Cuba.
“Hello dear brother. Thank you for your prayers; they are a great encouragement to us. We also pray for you, your family, and your ministry, trusting that by the Lord's mercy and power you will always be strengthened and blessed. We continue to serve the Lord with joy and bring the gospel of hope to so many people in need. Regarding our nation, I want to tell you that things have changed in the last few days. The government activated an emergency protocol that establishes a series of laws that worsen the nation's situation. The most serious issue is that they have stopped the sale of fuel to the population, which will lead to an almost complete shutdown, making it impossible to supply water, food, and medical care. We, as a church, will also be affected, and we are already planning to develop an emergency program to address this situation. Our National Offices will have to reduce staff due to the lack of transportation, thus limiting all the work programs we had planned. The seminary will have to change its format because we don't have transportation for in-person classes, nor reliable communication for online classes. We also won't be able to send several missionaries we had assigned to establish new mission fields.
The other worrying issue is communication. It turns out that when there is no electricity, communication is cut off, so as power outages increase, we will have fewer opportunities to communicate.
Thank you for your prayers. On Tuesday, we will meet as the National Executive Committee to develop strategies to face this terrible situation. We fully trust that the Lord will protect His people and deliver our nation from so much affliction that it has suffered for so many years. To the only wise God, our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, now and forever. Amen.”
We attempted a final food shipment of canned goods today, but have no idea if it will suvpcceed. Pray that it gets through.
