This class is an introduction to the basics of cheese making, your first step to becoming a home cheese maker! At the end of the class, you will have a great idea of what it takes to get started on your cheese-making journey.

Hawaii Bowl Watch Party! If you’re not headed to Honolulu for the game and want to watch with your fellow alumni and Cal fans, come on out to the Sac Cal Alumni Bowl Game Watch Party at Clubhouse 56.

The game is on Wednesday, December 24th, with kickoff at 5:00pm (Pacific). Admission is free (no-host food and drink) and registration is not required. Just come on out wearing your Blue and Gold. Let’s root for the Bears to get their 8th win of the season. See you there!
