We’ve been busy busy since the first weeks of January to make our annual Spring Plant Sale happen Before spring break as usual. Early Easter this year added a new challenge for us but the 3rd year Urban Ag Academy students really stepped up and everything is looking great!
We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday March 28th, from 9am to 1pm in the Burbank Urban Garden (BUG) located at the back of the Luther Burbank HS Campus.

Goodmorning everyone! On 2/3 our intern crew went to the visit the Park Winters Flower Farm and it was an amazing and beautiful experience. The area was so beautiful and calming. We helped the staff prep their flower field by dead heading flowers, taking out dead plants, and starting to turn beds. Lastly, we did a seed saving activity and learned about seed sovereignty. Definitely check Park Winters out!! We are so thankful for this wonderful opportunity and can’t wait to visit again.

HI EVERYONE!! We are extremely excited to announce that our ❗️PLANT SALE ❗️is coming up and are so excited to see everyone come out and support us. Our target date for our plant sale is ❗️March 28 ❗️We’ve already started seeding the trays with lots of varieties - like basil, onion, tomatoes, and so much more. Make sure to save the date so you won’t miss it❗️

This Saturday! Come on out and support our Art program with a local legend. He is looking to expand his program, and we are looking to continue working with him. Our art will be for sale and the proceeds will enable us to continue the mission and grow.
