INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
'Yoga is a light which once lit will never dim,the better your practice the brighter your flame.'
June 21st is celebrated as 'The International Day of Yoga 'all over the world. This idea was proposed by our Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi. He said, 'Yoga is an invaluable gift of India's ancient tradition.'
The word yoga is derived from Sanskrit which means to join or to unite ,symbolizing the union of body and consciousness.

INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
" Yoga is constant and evolving for centuries. The essence of yoga has been stable and retained the same - healthy body, stable mind and spirit of oneness".
Yoga is a physical, mental and spritual practice that has its routes mostly in India.
International Day of Yoga (IDY) is an annual event celebrated all over the world on June 21. This idea was proposed by our honourable Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi.
We also encourage our students to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration.
Regular practice of yoga will surely help our students achieve a better life.
