Baggage comes in many forms. Probably one of the least noticed, and therefore least understood or even recognized, is the Quiet Survivor's baggage. Often we don't even realize we're carrying it, yet it weighs on us day and night... A weight we carry for so long we get used to it, often forget it's even there.

Because we're not aware of it, we usually don't recognize the issues it's causing. We may recognize that we handle things differently, but our crazy, unhealthy society often trains us to just accept that "this is who I am", rather than taking the time to understand it... and then we're surprised, even shocked when/IF we learn about it...

Is it healthy or unhealthy to be this way? What kind of problems might it cause? Might I have trouble in my relationships because of it? Might I have physical health problems because of it? Most people don't even think to ask these questions...

We could be suffering for years, decades, with both mental-emotional and physical health issues and not even realize that the two are connected. People talk about stress all the time, including that it makes all health issues worse, but causing them? Most people don't talk about that, except maybe when it comes to blood pressure, but it can cause so much more...

So please, read this article, and consider carefully whether this describes you or someone you know. Their health, their very lives, may depend on it... Because there is no separation between mental-emotional and physical health. As modern science has proven, separation is an illusion. Everything is connected, especially when it comes to our health.

The Power Of Positive Learning

There's a difference between skepticism and cynicism. Skeptics are cautions and seek the truth. Cynics are closed-minded and don't seek the truth. That's not scientific, that's not open-minded. That's jaded paranoia. It's not healthy. It's negative. Caution leads to learning. Cynicism is a downward spiral of negativity which leads to ignorance, isolation and failure.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂. Ignorance isn't bliss. If knowledge is power, then ignorance is powerlessness. 𝗜𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.

If you want to be successful, you can't live by fear. Fear has been proven to take you out of the rational, powerful area of the human brain and put us in reaction mode like an animal. Over 90% of people fail, regardless of schooling, and this is the reason. They don't understand the power of learning and growth, and pursue 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮.

𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗱𝗼𝗺. Don't be left behind because you failed to learn and grow. Be skeptical of hype, 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, but 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀. I have done it, in many ways, and so can you.

You don't have to be a genius, you just have to 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 until you succeed. 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱. Now go make it happen!❤️
