It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that we say goodbye to my father, Reggie Graham, a man whose love, kindness, musical talent and strength touched the lives of everyone around him.
Sunday, September 15th was the worst day of our lives. While driving to church to lead the musical ministry, he suffered a sudden medical incident and subsequently crashed his car.
My father was a pillar of wisdom, always offering guidance with a gentle hand and a heart full of compassion to everyone he came in contact with. Dad or Reg as we called him, had a way of making the ordinary moments extraordinary with his humor, smile, warmth, and unshakable optimism.
His legacy is one of love and generosity. He taught us the value of family, the importance of standing by one another through thick and thin, and how to live life with grace. His laughter will echo in our hearts, his stories will continue to guide us, and his musical ability will live on forever and ever.
Though we are broken by this loss, we take comfort in the knowledge that his spirit lives on in all the lives he touched. Rest in peace, Dad. You will forever be missed, but never forgotten. Your love is eternal, and we will carry it with us always.
His service will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 10am at Center of Praise Ministries - 2223 Capitol Ave, Sacramento, CA 95816.
His wake will be Wednesday, October 2, 2024, 4-7pm at Morgan Jones Funeral Home - 4200 Broadway, Sacramento, CA 95817.
In lieu of flowers and food donations, we, the family, kindly ask for donations to be made in honor of Reggie Graham to our family via Zelle (916)308-6803 or Venmo -Graham.
Please keep us lifted in prayer as this was so unexpected and is incredibly difficult to process. ๐๐๐
