“I joined in Spring 2024 and since then I’ve met some of the most amazing people. Although my time in phi sig was short, I will always cherish the memories I’ve made. Not only did phi sig gave me the opportunity to grow out of my shell, but also to grow professionally.
I’m glad i got to serve on executive board and e-council. My favorite memory will be attending retreating and getting closer with my sisters. As I’m getting ready to graduate, it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to the chapter but I know the chapter will be in good hands. I wish nothing but the best for my sisters! LITP 💕”

“When I joined in Fall ‘24, I had no idea how much of an impact Phi Sigma Sigma would have on my life. From the moment I met my future big during preference round I knew I was meant to run home to Phi Sig. Since then I have been able to run for different philanthropies, hold positions, and even pick up a little of my own!
To my big Madisyn- you have helped me become the person am today. You will always be someone that look up to.
To my little Stella- I’ve seen you grown so much in this past year and a half and I couldn’t be prouder.
I can’t believe my time is coming to an end but if there is one piece of advice I could give, it is to push yourself out of your comfort zone! It’s going to be
uncomfortable but it is so worth it in the end. If I hadn’t done it I wouldn’t be where I am today.

“Phi Sig shaped my college experience in ways I didn’t expect. As a transfer, I came in not knowing what my place would look like, and this chapter definitely pushed me to grow and figure things out. My favorite memories are the little moments: getting ready for events, retreat, and the times that felt easy and fun. It wasn’t always perfect, but it taught me a lot about confidence, self-awareness, and what I value in relationships.”

“Phi Sig has given me so many friends and opportunities that have shaped my experience at Sac State. Being a part of this sisterhood made it easy to count my blessings. Some of my favorite memories were getting closer to my new member class and getting to know my big at our late night study sessions. One of the most rewarding things about my experience was picking up my two amazing littles. I am so grateful for the lifelong friendships I have gained in Phi Sig. Along with the amazing memories from my sisters, I also have amazing memories from volunteering and raising money for philanthropies. Not only do we support our local schools with Phi Sig’s philanthropy, but we support other Greek organizations with their philanthropies.
We also work directly with other local organizations like Shriners, the SSPCA, and the Elk Grove food bank.
I have loved being a part of an organization that gives back to our community. Thank you so much to the lovely ladies of Phi Sigma Sigma for changing my college experience for the better. LITP 💙”

“as my time at sac state comes to an end, i can’t help but reflect on how bittersweet these past two years in phi sig have been. this sisterhood gave me a home, pushed me to grow, and helped me step into a more confident, & authentic version of myself. being SDC challenged me in the best ways and shaped who i am today and everything i learned in that role is something ill carry with me into my next chapter.
phi sig has given me more than memories, it gave me lifelong friendships within my chapter, across greek life, and with alumni and mentors i’ll always cherish. to my big jazzy, my little natalia, & my famline jasmin, lesley, and natalie; you’ve been my support system, my safe place, and some of the people who know me best. im so grateful that phi sig brought us together because i can’t imagine this journey without you! as i get ready to walk the stage with my bachelor’s of science in criminal justice, i’m so proud of how far i’ve come and excited for what’s next. forever carrying phi sig with me.
