📌 Hi! I’m Ashley and I am a Junior here at Sacramento State. I’m a computer science major and haven’t chosen any specialties yet but I love all of the CpE classes I’ve taken so far. Working with computers physically and programming them is a challenge and so much fun. I’m excited to be working for Student Organizations & Leadership (SO&L) and meeting so many new people and learning about all of the different and exciting clubs that our campus hosts. If I’m not at school, studying, or working at SO&L I usually am reading something sci-fi or fantasy or playing a game on my PC involving some kind of strategy. My favorite TV shows usually have something to do with cooking or baking competitions and murder mysteries such as NCIS or Elsbeth.

📌 Hi, I’m Ana! I’m a second-year student here at Sac State. I was born and raised in Jalisco , Mexico. I decided to join SO&L because I really admire the strong, family-like bond within the team and wanted to give back to the campus that has done so much for me. It’s been so exciting learning new things in the office and working alongside such amazing people.

I’m majoring in Criminal Justice and plan to pursue a career as a detective. I love watching crime shows, my current favorite is Criminal Minds! In my free time, you’ll usually find me hanging out with friends or listening to music. I also enjoy collecting LEGO cars and watching soccer and of course, I cheer for Chivas and ¡Hala Madrid!

📌 Hi everyone! I’m Destiny Quintero — a 20-year-old Mexican student and proud Junior transfer to Sac State! I joined SO&L to dive into the heart of student life, learn more about campus clubs and organizations, and connect with the amazing community that makes Sac State so special.

Outside of school, I’m a big fan of traditional art — you’ll usually catch me sketching wherever I go! 🎨 I also love collecting both retro and modern video game consoles, and my all-time favorite is my classic yellow Game Boy Color and favorite franchise is ‘Resident Evil’👾

👤 Step 2: Are you an officer?
No: Grab an approved officer, only they can make the booking.
Yes: You’re good to go!

📍 Step 3: Where’s your event happening?
University Union or WELL Meeting Rooms? 👉 Contact Event Services to book your space.
Everywhere else (classrooms, Library Quad, Main Quad, sporting fields/courts, or WELL activity spaces)? 👉 Work with your SO&L Advisor to book it.

No matter the event type or location, you’ll always coordinate with your SO&L Advisor for bookings.

It’s almost time for our annual tradition: the Swarm Day photo! So the question is will you be featured?! Grab a friend, wear your Sac State gear and met us at the fountain in the Library Quad around 10:15am this Thursday to show everyone how our hornets serve lewks in the biggest photo of the year 📸🐝

The SO&L staff will be hosting various trainings and assisting with Convocation tomorrow 8/21 so the office will be closed. We will resume operations in office on Friday.
