Elijah Hascall is a fourth-year apprentice who continues to set the standard through hard work, consistency, and a commitment to learning the trade the right way.

On the jobsite, Elijah is known for going above and beyond—helping projects stay on time and under budget with his attention to detail and strong work ethic. In the classroom, he pushes himself to truly understand the material, not just pass the test.

“I want to be a great electrician, and I’ll do what it takes to get there.”

That mindset is what it means to be part of the Union difference.
