There are TEMPORARY changes that are currently being made.
Monthly memberships are no longer available but they will be REPLACED with workout programs that will be available in 6, 8, and 12 week intervals. This is so that I can better service you and for client commitment (win-win on both ends 😉).
FOR NOW if you want to book in person or virtual sessions they will not be guarenteed by just booking online anymore. You must contact me to book in person and virtual sessions.
FITNESS PLANS can still be booked anytime online.
