Thank you to everyone who showed up at the meet and greet last Friday! It was such a wonderful time to hang out with everyone!

The meet and greet will take place at Drake’s: The Barn on November 17th at 6:00 PM. Everyone is welcome! Take the night for yourself to unwind. Although there is a “start” time, please feel free to come and go. Mentors, please coordinate with your mentees so you can hopefully see each other at the event. We cannot wait to hangout with you all! We hope to see you there!

APhA-ASP Operation Immunization a student organization on the main campus run by the School of Pharmacy with the goal to vaccinate the general population! They are hosting a Sacramento Influenza Clinic Monday 11/6/23 from 4 PM to 7PM in the Grand Salon of the Library! This is a great opportunity for students who would like to participate to assist in running the clinic, performing screenings, and vaccinations! Volunteer slots are limited and based on a first come first serve basis! If you are interested in volunteering, email [email protected] Come and get your flu shot with us on 11/6! 🩺💉

Thank you to SHSSA and UOP nursing for helping out at the blood drive yesterday! It was a wonderful turn out and a good way to celebrate Halloween. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and donated!🎃🧡🩸

On Friday October 27th University of the pacific Nursing program welcomed cohort 3 by the annual white coat ceremony. Help us by welcoming cohort 3! We are thankful to have such a wonderful addition to our ELMSN family!

It is with great excitement that CNSA and UOP nursing are collaborating with River City Food Bank to have a food drive to help alleviate hunger in the Sacramento County. Containers will be at University of the Pacific, Sacramento campus where you can put your donations. We will be taking donations from October 18th through November 15th. The attached flyer shows what items are needed most. All donations are welcome, big or small. Bins are located around downstairs in the McGeorge Library (in front of the big plant) and in the student center (under the table where it shows the breakfast/lunch specials of the day). Donations are greatly appreciated. All of us at UOP look forward to seeing the community come together for this great fundraiser.

University of the Pacific hosted a trick or treat event yesterday October 25th at the Stockton Campus. It was filled with fun games, wonderful activities, creative costumes, and all the candy you could image. Thank you to everyone who helped with this event and thanks to all for such a wonderful turn out! Have a safe and fun Halloween this year! 🎃🍬
