Daily Schedule Sheet(Assistant)

(Full Day)

Children must be engaged at all times
Be helpful and proactive the entire day
Rotation with infants as needed
Initial Diaper/ Pull-up Check
Morning potty break by 8:45 am
First Mat time activity (Find the letter/number/color)
Book time (find sight words)
Dancing songs with or without tv - (rotate with me for infants)
Clean up after Breakfast/Snack (dishes rinsed -in dishwasher, wipe tables, sweep/vacuum floor
Morning Bathroom cleaning / disinfectant check
Nap time start preparing at 11:15am
Arrange Bookcase and organize toys
Afternoon potty Break immediately after Nap time
Clean up after Lunch (dishes rinsed -in dishwasher, wipe tables, sweep/vacuum floor
Mat time activity
Afternoon Bathroom cleaning/disinfecting check
Exercise 10 min
Practice words on chalkboard or sight word box as toddlers rotate to computer
Be aware that the cameras are always on and recording.
Suggestion if there is not something to do, please find something to do.
Sanitation is highly important everything will need to be cleaned multiple times daily. including floor, tables , toys, books, doors, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CHILDREN:

To work as part of a team to generate an environment that meets the individualized emotional, social, intellectual and physical needs of the children. To work as part of a team in planning children's learning experiences and assist children to gain benefit from these. To maintain an attractive and safe indoor and outdoor physical environment and to report to the Director on matters relating to the children. To carry out duties as per daily rosters and routines.

General Cleaning Duties:

To ensure that the following duties are shared at all times:disinfectant solutions for nappies, spray dispensers and bottles to be changed daily, according to prescribed amounts, bathroom areas kept clean and disinfected, at least 3 times each day, wash all tables and chairs after each lunch time, wash toys and equipment periodically disinfect all children's mattresses / cots daily, wash all afternoon dishes and attend to general cleanliness of the kitchen area as needed, general care and maintenance of all equipment and building and report to the Owner as needed, return all equipment and supplies to their designated area. MEDICAL AND EMERGENCY

DUTIES:

To develop an awareness of accident procedures and record keepingTo

be familiar with emergency procedures including evacuation procedures To identify, manage and monitor food allergies To attend to minor first aid needs of the children, if you are a holder of a first aid certificate To ensure that all medications and poisons are kept out of reach of the children.

GENERAL CARE OF THE CHILDREN:

To talk to the children in a positive manner at all times To participate in all the day-to-day activities and experience with the children To maintain constant interaction with children with all activities available To maintain at all times adequate supervision of the children. To model appropriate language and behavior for the children.

RULES AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

No cell phone, tablet, or any media device shall be used during shift or any interaction with child(ren) and only accessed during Lunch or Break-time.No outside games or toys shall be brought into facility without approval and proper sterilization Assistant shall have a one hour or thirty minute lunch and two-ten minute breaks during each 7 hour shift.

ParentView and Surveillance hours are between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Repeated Call-In/No-Shows will be cause for immediate termination without notice

Bathroom areas kept clean and disinfected, at least once every hour. Wash all tables and chairs after each meal, wash toys and equipment and disinfect all children's mattresses / cots daily. Wash all afternoon dishes and attend to general cleanliness of the kitchen area as needed. General care and maintenance of all equipment and building and report to the Director as needed and return all equipment and supplies to their designated area.
